Who we are looking for
ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL
senior engineers and technical advisors
anchor is looking for experienced engineers who understand HIPAA-aligned infrastructure, future EHR integration (Epic SMART on FHIR / App Orchard), cloud security architecture, and production-grade Next.js or React applications. We are not looking for someone to build features — we are looking for someone who can help architect a production system designed to handle real patient data safely. MD/CS background or clinical informatics experience is a strong plus.

physicians, nurses, and clinical researchers
We are seeking clinical collaborators across palliative care, family medicine, emergency medicine, geriatrics, and neurology. A quality improvement pilot at an academic medical center is our most immediate goal — requiring a faculty sponsor who can provide clinical oversight and co-authorship on a publishable study. If you work with patients who should have advance directives and often don't, we want to talk to you.

anchor is navigating multi-state advance directive compliance, HIPAA-aligned production requirements, and a patent-pending platform. We are looking for healthcare attorneys with experience in advance directive law, health information privacy, and digital health regulatory frameworks. Pro bono or advisory arrangements welcome at this stage.

advisors with healthcare SaaS and EHR experience
If you have navigated Epic App Orchard, built a healthcare SaaS pricing model, closed a health system enterprise contract, or advised a digital health startup through a QI pilot, your experience would directly accelerate anchor's path. We are forming a small advisory group and are looking for mission-aligned people who want to be part of something early.

Core technical features of the anchor platform are patent pending and are not publicly disclosed. All substantive conversations about technical implementation occur under a mutual NDA.
